What I expect this semester...

I really hope to improve my running this semester and to become more self-motivated to go outside and run. I want to work on my pacing the most. I do yoga and small workouts throughout the week but I do miss some weeks depending on how busy I am. I want to make time to improve my fitness. I may be petite but I know I'm not fit. It's just high metabolism. My diet isn't as good as I know it could be. Used to, my attitude on fitness days I was never really excited for them but now, I am looking forward to them. I want to work on having that same attitude at home enough to get my lazy self off the couch or computer and be active. My extra curricular sports used to be basketball and swimming but now, I don't do anything. I like doing fun workouts like zumba but I think I like doing those kind of things at home. Thats why I know I don't try as hard as to when I do it here. I also like doing games and playing dodgeball, baseball and etc. I hope to achieve my goals by the end. I want to get higher than a 7 on the beep test and to improve my time in the community run.
