Final

These past few months, I've started to be more aware of what I eat. The better weather has been motivating. I've just been walking my dog around the neighborhood every day. Recently, I have started running on weekend mornings with some of my friends so hopefully that will become a routine and I'll stick to it. I think I need to work on my mentality while I'm running - I give up on myself to easily and I extend my walk breaks. A healthy diet is a big thing I am determined to work on this summer. When I do participate in class, I contribute a positive attitude and support to my peers. These last weeks have been really stressful and not much sleeping has been happening. I have been taking it easy on increasing my heart rate. That's also the reason why I've been coming in a bit later this past week. There's a lot to do and not much time to do it. Sleep deprivation and stress is not a good combination. This summer, I'm planning to go into swimming again. I bring my strip 9/10 times. If I want my lifestyle and my health to change, I  have to make a change and it's easier said than done. I'm taking little steps. I'm walking every day and just cutting down on the junk food. My effort is consistent and I am determined. Overall, I've been motivating myself towards living a healthy lifestyle and when I compare my habits now to my grade 9 self, I've made some good changes.
